End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Adaaku Peter ("Developer") governing your use of the TicTacToe mobile application ("App").

1. Grant of License

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or host the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark notice) of the Developer or its affiliates.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the App.
